We deliver anywhere in East Sydney bordering the harbour, Darlinghurst to Watsons Bay and South to Randwick. By law we can only deliver up to 10pm - we are currently open to 8pm most nights and 9pm Thurs, Fri & Sat until things start getting crazy busy then we'll push this to 10pm with last orders to be received by 9.30pm.
At anytime we hold the rights to cancel any order, upon which the intended recipient will be notified via the appropriate contact details they have provided. Of course we will refund the payment in this instance. Why would we cancel? Generally if we suspect that the recipient is intoxicated or underage - but there could be other reasons. We want to stay legal so that we stay in business!
You too can cancel your order if you need to up to the time it is on the road - we of course hope you don't, but if circumstances arrive that require you to cancel the order, just give us a call!

To order from us, you must be at least 18 years of age. It is illegal in Australia to sell alcohol to persons under the age of 18 or to supply alcohol to anyone that we know will then pass it on to an underage person - it's all in the liquor laws and can affect our license - so we're strict about this!
As per the liquor laws, we are unable to deliver and leave the items unattended - so 'just leave them at the front door' won't work. You will need to be there to receive the order. Sorry, it's a legal thing again.

You can't be silly about it - finish half a bottle, complain then get a refund without us seeing the 'faulty' wine - but we'll be fair. Over 90% of our clients are super regulars and have been for years - we're here hopefully with you for the long haul.
And most of the time, if the product is faulty, we get a replacement from our supplier anyway - so best you tell us so that we can all be happy.

The Card Verification Number (CVN) is an extra code printed on your debit or credit card. CVN for Visa, MasterCard, BankCard and Diners is the final three digits of the number printed on the signature strip on the back of your card.
CVN for American Express appears as a separate 4-digit code printed on the front of your card.
As the CVN is not embossed (like the card number) the CVN is not printed on any receipts, hence it is not likely to be known by anyone other than the card owner.
CVN is an anti-fraud measure being introduced by credit card companies worldwide. You are required to enter the CVN each time a payment is made and you are not present to sign a receipt, as for on-line transactions. We ask you to fill out the CVN here to verify that you actually hold the card you are using for this transaction, and to avoid anyone other than you from shopping with your card number. All information you submit is transferred over secure SSL connections.
